Our clients come to us from all over the world in search of their dream of coastal property that offers the peace and tranquility that only comes from living along the ocean or on a wildlife-filled lake.

Here are a few of the factors that place us #3 in the nation of greatest areas to live and to visit.....incredible history, architecture, southern hospitality, choices of worship, beautiful beaches, famous golf courses, incomparable restaurants, access to fine medical care and reasonable property taxes. No wonder thousands of families visit and move into the area each year. Not to mention that we are famous for our great variety of fresh local seafood!

Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina is one of the most popular towns - only 10 - 15 minutes over the Cooper River to Charleston and a quick drive to the beach! It is a mecca for young families, empty nesters and the retired people.

Mt. Pleasant's variety of neighborhoods vary from the historic Old Village along the Charleston Harbor to all-inclusive I'on to fabulous Golf and Tennis developments north of town. There is truly a neighborhood for all families.

The East Cooper Beach Towns of Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island have been the destination of vacationers and year around residents since we fought the British in the Revolutionary War! Actually, Sullivan's Island holds so much history of our country, it's long been a mecca for history buffs. Both towns have retained their excellent quality of life.

Both Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island offer lots of possibilities for year around and vacation rental homes. Isle of Palms is seven miles long and Sullivan's Island is just over 3 miles. Each island offers Atlantic Ocean, Hamlin Sound and Intracoastal locations.

The Isle of Palms boasts The world class private resort of Wild Dunes with locations on golf courses, the ocean and locales within easy walking distance to the beaches.

Sullivan's Island offers homes on the ocean, Intracoastal Waterway and interior locations close to the beach.

Other Atlantic Ocean towns south of Charleston are Folly Beach, Edisto Beach, Kiawah Island Resort and Seabrook Island each with their own style and character.

It is a true pleasure to showcase the wonderful homes available along the various coastal towns.
